FAMOUS NASI KERABU

Nasi Kerabu  is a Malaysian cuisine rice dish, it similar to Nasi Ulam in which bue coloured rice is waten with chicken or dried fish, crackers, pickles or other salads. The blue color of rice comes from the petals of Clitoria Ternatea flowers or known in Malay as 'Bunga Telang' that used as natural food coloring. This delicous Nasi Kerabu was from hawker 'Nasi Kerabu KakYah Pantai Timur' that located at Danau Kota street, Kuala Lumpur. This is one of the famous hawker stall that sell 'Pantai Timur' dish. If your were there, you will see people will queue for their 'Nasi Kerabu'.

The final look of this picture is after I do some research on food platting to make it look more delicious. In this picture I tone up a bit of saturation to show the contra color of the rice, side dish and the banana leaf that will make the food bright up. The technique of using white plate make your food look more delicious and helps in vibrant up the combination color of the food.
