DELICIOUS TOFU

 

Tofu Bergedil or known as 'Tauhu Bergedil' is actually a combination of Chinese and Javanese cuisine. It is innovated from grinding meat stuffed into fried tofu then deep fried. Generally, this recipe does not change like the tofu stuffing recipe. What sets it apart is that the vegetable core is replaced with mashed potatoes that are combined with chicken or meat.

As you can see, the capture that I take to show you the filling of 'Tauhu Bergedil' that full of potato that mix with meat. Lighting that I'm used in this picture is window light as to focus on my food.
